Happy kids and happy mom! I wanted to give my children he best suppliment possible. So I read the ingredients listing of almost every kids multi on iherb. This one is superior for many reasons. Not only does it contain optimal amounts of all the essential vitamins and minerals, but it contains those vitamins and minerals in their optimal form for best absorption. Other brand kids multis use the cheapest form available for each vitamin and mineral, which is not so well absorbed, and unnecessarily burdens the kidneys. Many children are deficient in magnesium and B vitamins, which are so important for cognitive functioning. The magnesium in Mega Kid is in chelate form, not the cheap mag oxide that other brands use. Vitamin B12 is as methylcobalamin, the superior form of B12. I could go on comparing each nutrient but there are too many. In addition, the list of super foods included is impressive. These are whole foods which not only enhance the absorption of vitamins and minerals, but have special health benefits of their own which are too many to list. Finally, PRICE. My kids love these and beg for them every morning. Hard to find a hood chewable one and these are it and easy to cut in half for my two year old

So far I really like these. Has a nice berry taste that isn’t overpowering. It still has a mineral aftertaste understandably, but it’s pretty mild compared to other chewable vitamins I’ve tried. I think most kids would tolerate the taste, although I can’t say for sure since I’m an adult that takes these for myself. The great thing about this one is that it doesn’t bother my stomach. Lots of chewable vitamins are harsh on my sensitive stomach and give me nausea, but this one has thankfully been just fine. I also like how they don’t use xylitol in the ingredients. I would repurchase this one!

My boy loves these vitamins, they don't taste too much like vitamins. I like the size of them because I don't have to worry about choking. I like that the serving is only one tablet, and that the quality of the ingredients allow them to be bioavailable, so they're more beneficial. I do wish that the package was glass though.

I’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m quite pleased with the results. It seems to do exactly what it’s intended to do, and I’ve noticed a steady improvement in how I feel since incorporating it into my routine. The supplement is easy to take, and I appreciate that the ingredients are clearly listed with no unnecessary fillers. While I didn’t experience dramatic changes overnight, I believe consistency is key with any supplement. I’m giving it four stars because there’s always room for improvement, but I’d definitely consider purchasing it again.
