This products work well, as it's intended. The only thing that got me on the fence though is Silicon Dioxide in the ingredients as the longterm effects are still being studied and although it is likely a very minimal quantity, I would still prefer it if it didn't have it. I would put 4 starts because of that, but since I purchased it knowingly, I will rate it 5 starts. At the end of the day, it's a good product and swallows just fine despite the size that maybe a bit uncomfortable for some!
