I do not like turbulence on aircraft. The benefits of GABA are well studied. GABA is naturally occurring and helps restore a relaxed calm. When the airplane is bouncing around, I take one of the disolvable great tasting tablets and feel copasetic. Also good for when one has trouble falling asleep.

Wooooo! These make me feel so good! Flavour is great, great ingredients. I have ADHD, keeps my anxiety low. A little pick me up to keep my feeling chill and motivated through out the day. Dose I take up to two at a time 3 times a day (maximum 6). 10/10 recommend!

These lozenges are an absolute savior! for me I can feel them work as they are still dissolving. They help release tension and relax my body and my mind so quickly, and I can feel my shoulders come down and whole body relax. I personally really like the peppermint flavor but it is very strong and minty, so if that's not your thing id probably recommend trying the orange. I take them during the day and before sleep as needed (within the maximum dose).

Have found this brand generally has effective GABA supplements. Lozenges better used to calm in daytime as other ingredients can contradict at night (I have insomnia). Love the size & convenience to take in my bag. Only complaint is texture, very hard to dissolve when fresh, after opening they start to get a bit spongy/chewy. Not gross though so continue to use. The peppermint flavour is nice & mild.
