I was disappointed with this chaga mushroom mycelium powder. It’s not standardized for active compounds, which is a key factor in quality. The real benefits of chaga come from the fruiting body, not the mycelium, so this product misses the mark. Active chaga compounds are typically black in color, but this powder is not, which is another red flag. It also has a very mild taste, far from what you’d expect from authentic chaga. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this product.

So far, I have been only taking in for a couple of weeks at most but I have noticed increased energy. I am curious to see if this has an effect on the immune system, so I am eager to see my next blood test. I have Grave's and hope to help my body detox from the hormones. Will report back!

I recently got this and I do love their Chaga and trust their quality. Normally I take their extracts. I wanted something to put in my coffee especially since mushrooms work well in cooking, as in a hot drink. I dont notice any taste difference. I also toss in some lions mane. I just have to remember to use it more consistently. I have not tried it in my tea.
