These tablets Ginkgo I(52 yrs) have been using since 6 to 8 months after I consulted the neuro-surgeon and advised me to use Ginko and Brahmi Tabs. I do see some improvement in my memory, I can see the difference recalling rate increase in my mind. I think these should be taken for many years....

Brain support and blood thinning results good. It helps with headaches! Easy to take tablets, seem of great quality without added junk. Way better of an option than Tylenol or Advil. I take 2 tablets daily in the morning is best! If I miss them and take later in day, they can mess up my restful sleep because my mind won’t shut off and dreams or worse a reply of day and future need to do thoughts continue. I bought this as prescribed by my gastroenterologist, she told me that it would improve my memory and concentration. I can't rate this product yet, I've only been drinking it for 2 weeks.
