Organic Black Seed, Whole, 8 oz (226 g)

High quality, very fine, and potent. You can find black seed oil everywhere but the actual seed allows for more latitude in cooking and blending seed mixtures. The price is reasonable for the quality you receive.

Very clean seeds with a rich, slightly peppery, aromatic flavor. Perfect for dry roasting and adding to baking, sprinkling over roasted veggies or brewing into a gentle herbal infusion. A fantastic kitchen staple for both cooking and general wellness support.

These seeds are incredibly aromatic and high quality. They have a slightly bitter, peppery, and onion-like flavor profile that adds a lot of depth to savory dishes. Pro-Tip (Way to Use): To unlock the most flavor, lightly toast the seeds in a dry pan for 30 seconds before using them. Sprinkle them over homemade naan, add them to a tempering for lentil dal, or mix them into a crust for roasted vegetables.

Clean, fresh seeds with a strong aroma and consistent quality. Packaging keeps them well protected, and they work nicely in a variety of culinary uses.

I am a home backer and enjoy backing for my family. Nigella Sativa is one of my family flavors. Pairs great both with sweet and savory dishes.
