I bought it for my parents, because they needed a bit more energy levels in their late 50s. Since they started using it, they feel more energized throughout the day (maybe it is a placebo, but I don't think so), so I believe that the potency of this is seen. The size of the cap is a bit bigger than they thought , but the taste is not bad at all! Will keep purchasing them for my parents!

This is my first time order this product and been using it for the last few weeks. I think it is a good supplement for women of perimenopause age with tons of symptoms including iron deficiency. I will monitor the effects and will update here (and purchase more if it proves to be effective).

Excellent multivitamins, 15 vitamins and 15 minerals in a great dosage. I chose the one with iron. Easy to drink, gives you energy. Highly recommend!
I’ve been taking this multivitamin for a few weeks now, and my impressions are positive. The packaging is sturdy and practical, easy to open and take a tablet. It’s convenient that only one tablet per day is needed. The ingredient quality seems high — there are many components. I noticed the effect on my energy: I feel less tired, especially in the mornings, and my skin and overall tone have improved slightly. The tablet is a normal size, it swallows easily with water.
Good so far, just started taking these. The size is fine not too big. they do have a smell. The ingredients seem good.
I'm taking this vitamin daily, one per day, for the last 6 months and my doctor was really happy checking the results of my blood test, he said everything is perfect. This proves the quality is good and it's working.I don't exactly do exercises, but my diet is kinda healthy I guess haha My age is 35 years old. The size of the pill is regular. I will continue taking it to maintain my health.
