I choose Kaged rather than jym supplement because the ingredient and omega oil size is large. 4 star given because compare to others fish oil product is a bit pricy. But I believe Kaged product quality never give me disappoint because all these product have done 3rd party tested.

The packaging is safety sealed and the expiration date is a year out. I cut the capsules open to put the oil on my dog’s food, so I can’t speak to whether there is a taste when you take it, but the oil is definitely made of fish.
