After eating this, I didn't gain any more weight and lost some weight. I think it's more effective than other products, so I'm thinking of ordering it again for the third time. I didn't have trouble sleeping or had stomach discomfort. The price is expensive, but the quality of the product seems to be good.
it does have size three pill dosage might be a lot for someone. it does give a boost of energy that's a benefit. there is no taste, but a bit of a burning like in the ingredient. very good quality and quantity.
