One of my first buys on this platform. I was looking for a multi purpose supplement and since this one had a big size and was one sale, I bought it. I noticed I started feeling better and my overall well being went up, but if you're looking for a regular use there are better price to ratio products here that I can recommend. Overall good for a first try and testing to see what may be better for you.
