1 pill is very light so you need 2 pills to get the right dosage, meaning by the time you can structurally see a change in your sleeping pattern, you're out of pills.

Other herbal products on the market help somewhat but were never completely effective. The ingredients in this mix resemble a tea I used to drink decades ago (no longer available) which I swore by. Having trouble winding down and calming my body at the end of the day can be challenging. I have had no issues since trying this.

I have been really happy with this product! The dosage I have been taking each night lately and it has been really helping me. So many benefits for myself personally with this product! I did not notice an after taste. I am really happy with the quality and the ingredients! The size is fine too.
I think this works pretty well. I alternate it with another brand and take it every other day so I'm not getting used to the same formula.
I foud that my dosage is 1 pill befor sleep. In 1 pill i have 2 mg of melatonine. No waikup during sleep. Quality ingredients.
