first time I used it, 1 pill, and I experienced all the side effects. nausea, dizziness, upset stomach, and I felt so sick. I ordered two bottles. I threw them both away.

I got this to deal with hot flashes. I was taking soy isoflavones but too much money for the volume. This product is a more targeted version so I wanted to try it. I did feel a difference when I took two capsules instead of the recommended one dosage.
