Take just one in the morning I have so much energy. Update I had to come back on here a tell you how much better I’m feeling. Each I’m doing so much around the house. I’ve noticed to that I’m not as hungry I feel satisfied I didn’t know that it would help me with that lol
I've had adrenal fatigue issues (as a result of MCAS and a methylation disorder) for over 25 years. For the most part of the last decade I've been taking the Thorne Adrenal Cortex, but lately I've been finding it harder to get and (like everything) it's gone up in price. Weirdly (because Seeking Health stuff is usually gold-plated) this alternative is great (and identical in ingredients and potency, seems to be in stock more often and it regularly a few dollars cheaper than Thorne. So I've been through a few bottles of this now and have noticed no change in quality/efficacy having switched between the two brands. Highly recommended.
One of my favorite supps. If I’m stressed I’ll take them for a few days, helps naturally reduce my cortisol. You don’t need to take them all the time. Tiny pill, easy to swallow.
I do not take this everyday but do take it when I wake up and am feeling more tired and sluggish. Also if I feel like the stress of daily life has caught up with me. I feel it helps give me more energy when I do take it. I like this brand as they have high quality supplements and it is easier to get them to Canada through iherb

Haven’t started taking it so I’m not sure about dosage but recommended is 1 capsule with food. The pill size is small and it doesn’t have smell or taste so I’m hoping it will be a good support.
