Multivitamin One MF, 45 Capsules

For someone with slow COMT and general sensitivity to supplements, these have been great so far. Have started with just 1/3 and will work my way up to a full capsule

This is a good methyl free multi. Though for me one capsule is too high in several of the B vits which isn't as benign as some may think. I also wish it had less vit A for those of us getting plenty in our diets. I counter this by using only 1/4 - 1/2 capsule which aids in any extra nutrients I may be missing in my diet without going overboard.

This is a methyl free product as the name suggests. It made me feel a bit dizzy initially when I had a full capsule, but after reducing the dosage to half a capsule I felt better and could go back to one capsule later. If you need a methyl free multivitamin then this is good product

Love this multi, everything you need in a single cap. No methylated b's for those who do better without. Great quality ingredients and potency, gives me an energy boost daily

I would agrue this version slightly better in certain vitamins and minerals for prenatal or post natal or even women use. It’s has amazing ingredients and good capsule size.

I like these vitamins and take them daily for their prevention effects, high quality, any dietary deficiency, and the lack of after taste. The ingredients seem good and the size is easy to swallow. The packaging is easy to use.
