Please never discontinue this! I have chronic health conditions that make finding safe supplements very difficult. This new formulation (One Sensitive) has been a blessing in getting vitamins I need, in the right amounts and in correctly bioavailable compositions. For me, getting this in one pill is simply miraculous. Thoughtfully made products like this can sometimes make such a large difference for some of us. I hope Seeking Health makes a 90-120 count bottle available, I would certainly purchase.

This multi was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a B12 free, and Iron free supplement , so I was happy to find this product. And I appreciate the transparency of the company. I am also histamine intolerant so I was even more happy to stumble upon Seeking health.

I love the brand Seeking Health. I prefer the regular "Multivitamin One" which has methylated forms of B12 and Folate and I can tolerate that. But for some reason Iherb dont ship that product to Europe. No idea why. This is my second best choice. It contains non methylated forms of b vitamins for those that are sensitive. Be aware that this product contains zinc but doesnt contain any copper so long term use might affect the ration between those minerals.

These multivitamins are the best in the market. Ingredients are at par with other muktivitamins. The size and quality is sufficient for having them every alternate day . It is good for even aged people. in nutshell these multivitamins does what it says.
