I do think this has helped my gut health. I don't have that much variety in my diet, so I use these to make sure I have the right amount of diversity. I don't feel a difference yet but I trust this brand. I wish the CFUs were a little higher but 12 billion is still ok. I have taken it for weeks but I know that since I'm so ill and have such severe gut dysbiosis, I need a lot more than most people. Will continue to take it and hope for the best
