I am very satisfied with my purchase. I split it into 4 doses so it keeps me for a long time. I use it as cofactors for my iodine protocol. I haven't seen a huge change but want to give it time, a couple of months to see how it works in my body. If it doesn't needed as much it can be further split into more doses.

these help with migraine. I'm on my 2nd bottle. I've tried other brands but I have to take multiple pills to reach 400mg. these are perfect. never stop making these.
