If you can eat salmon bellies, then you will be able to swallow it. To me, it tastes as fish. There is no orange taste to be honest, but if you have burps later (which are not avoidable if you take fish oil), you will feel this orange smell eventually 😁

And it did have the age appropriate dosage, package is quality, as it is oil it is in the glass container, which oreserves ingrddients qithout change. Taste is good with flavors, liquid texture makes it easy to use. Dosage frequencey is ok for busy moms just to take once a day!
