I got Nordic Naturals Teen Ultimate Omega 2X for my teenager, and it has been a great addition to their daily routine. The quality is top-notch, as expected from Nordic Naturals, with high-purity fish oil sourced sustainably. The omega-3 content is impressive, providing a high dose of EPA and DHA, which are essential for heart health, brain function, and overall well-being. One of the best benefits we’ve noticed is better heart health and reduced inflammation, which is crucial for active teens. It also seems to help with cholesterol levels, keeping them in check. Additionally, an unexpected perk is that my teen's hair looks healthier and shinier after consistent use. The taste is surprisingly mild, with no strong fishy aftertaste, which is a huge plus! The softgels are easy to swallow, making daily intake hassle-free. The packaging is sturdy and well-sealed, ensuring freshness. This supplement is perfect for teenagers looking to boost their omega-3 intake, especially if they don’t eat much fish. Overall, I highly recommend it for parents who want to support their teen’s heart health, brain function, and overall wellness!

I've been looking for great source of omega fish oil for my doughter and I find one! It is pure, well tested, a great omega fish oil with a great ingredients and benefits. Quality is great. There is no fish taste. It is great for inflammation, heart health and cognitive function.
Kids 14,12,8 year old enjoy the flavour. The size is not too large for them to chew or swallow. The initial strawberry taste makes it palatable. I’ve bought multiple times from this brand and trust their quality and the ingredients used. My kids take 2 caps at breakfast (or 1x per day)
This product offers impressive quality and a comfortably sized portion. It is neatly packaged and prepared with clean, thoughtfully selected ingredients. The benefits it delivers are clear and highly satisfying.

I see it very helpful as my son is in a teen age and needs many elements to grow healthy. He doesn’t eat much fatty fish and I guess it’s the best option to receive lovely omega 3 for his growing age

Excellent Omega-3, perfect for teenagers. I bought it for my 12-year-old son; he's an athlete, and vitamins are important for his development. But he doesn't like swallowing large capsules. This is a great alternative: the dosage is adequate, the capsules are small, and the scent is pleasant.
This soft gel like tablet has a great taste and is easy to swallow. I am not too sure if it helps to focus but I bought it because my son's diet barely has any Omega rich food. He does not like fish, not into greens that are rich in omega 3 and does not like nuts. This supplement is perfect to give him his daily dosage so that it is helpful with the growth of his brain functions as he goes through this teenage period. The percentage of Omega 3 is pretty high and concentrated in these tablets.
