I love this because it has appropriate doses of all the key vitamins and no "extras" thrown in that I may not need (eg trace elements, herbs, nonessential vitamins). The tablets are very small, don't tastetoo bad (miraculous for B vitamins) and the container was quite full. Thankyou for not wasting plastic packaging like many manufacturers do! 😍

I take this daily ,with other supplements and i have notice some changes in my energy. I take this after lunch with my iron tablets , no issues so far.
