I love that this is fermented for 2yrs traditionally. I try to stay away from wheat (why I choose tamari) and unfermented soy. Being fermented changes it into a healthier product that I feel good about feeding my family. It’s pricey but I will continue to purchase as long as it’s available. Love the large size bottle! I refill my 10oz bottle with it as this bottle doesn’t have the plastic top to be able to dispense it slower

It’s very traditional, very authentic tamari. Ingredient list is clean. No icky additives. I am Chinese and I use it in daily cooking. It’s much better in quality as compared to other soy sauce commonly sold in store. Taste is full of umami, in a natural way. It’s not too salty, just right. The size isn’t big, but it lasts for quite a few months for us and we cook daily.
