I finally found an affordable organic option for soy sauce so I can make dishes that require soy sauce again. I am so thankful that iHerb carries this! It tastes amazing, tastes really yummy in dishes or with rice, and it will be a staple ingredient in our pantry from now on.

Japanese Shoyu differs a lot from Chinese soy sauce. The taste of Shoyu Soy Sauce is stronger and thicker. The bonus is it does not contain sugar and is not as salty as Chinese Soy Sauce.
Not sure how to explain but this tastes natural and sooo yummy. I literally can have oatmeal with this and some avocado oil and it is delicious
Very first time trying this organic shoyu from Japan. It’s not popular to find many selection or choice of organic shoyu in regular supermarkets in Japan. Thanks to Eden Food. I can purchase authentic cooking ingredients.
Was skeptical about buying this because of the cost, but it’s delicious—so much tastier and smoother than the typical Kikoman soy sauce in your Asian grocery isle/ store.
I would say the size is average, just like the other bottles I own. I don’t like using it for cooking as much just because I feel like it loses flavor quickly, I use it just before serving. But the quality is amazing, much better than the brands I own. I wish it was cheaper though
This is hands-down the best soy sauce I’ve tried—rich, complex flavor without that harsh saltiness of cheaper brands. It’s fermented the traditional way, and you can really taste the difference in stir-fries and marinades. A little pricier than supermarket options, but totally worth it for the quality. My only complaint? I go through bottles faster because it’s so delicious!
One of the best tasting soy sauces on the market, at least for our whole family. I’ve thrown away almost a full bottle of the soy sauce that i’ve used before, simply because I can’t stand the taste of it after trying this one. Try it and see for yourself :)
