we've been using it for many, many years instead of soy sauce or salt in any dish soup salad just on rice basically for anything. this is high quality. great! as part of cooking ingredients tastes fantastic without any side effects I like the small size bottle with the spritzer which is not available anymore. I hope you will have it again cuz that package was very very easy also to carry around. with picky eaters, this is fantastic and I recommend this for any vegetarian to have it. it's beneficial more than regular soy sauce or Maggie.

This should be called Better than soy sauce! I had never heard of this low sodium alternative prior to ordering but am in love with the umami taste.
