Easy to swallow capsules that have a slight peppermint, cooling feeling as they are being swallowed. I have improvements in my digestion since starting these. I wish the company would put an entire 6 weeks worth in one bottle, although I understand that by not doing so the customer is required to purchase 2 bottles in order to have enough of the product to fulfill the time requirement. I usually alternate many herbs that have Antifungal properties. This is a great blend so there is a lower amount of oregano. It is more gentle. Gaia is more expensive but is trustworthy. The soft gel has a faint smell and taste of peppermint.
This is a gentle cleanse, it’s probably a good way to ease into cleansing but may not be effective enough for parasites if that’s what you’re looking for.
