I'm using this to remove mercury. It works really well. I feel a great reduction in fatigue and brain fog. I also lose a larger than normal amount of magnesium, but I suspect magnesium is excreted with with mercury, not because it was absorbed by this product. It happens with other products also. This brand is much more economical than other brands and works as well. I'm on my third bottle now.

Personally, I really like it and it helps me. For better results, I always take it on an empty stomach, away from other supplements - at least 3 hours apart.

It does the job it's promised to do, though triggered some acid/reflux bout,,, I still do recommend it; But you need to know that it may be irritating to those vulnerable to acid stuff, may promote acid/reflux

I haven’t taken these as faithfully as I hoped to, but the ingredients, quality and packaging is all great, they have caused no stomach or intestinal problems when take, and there is no bad taste to them at all. I’m hopefully when I do faithfully they will benefit my gut and help detox.
