I enjoyed this supplement but price is little high. Also not into the fake colour they add for no reason. Helped though just other options out there
It works! I noticed the effect, but I wouldn’t recommend taking it on an empty stomach — it can cause nausea. Overall, a good product when used correctly.

they're easy to swallow. no weird flavor. i'm almost finished with my second bottle but not sure if i really see a difference or not. i'm also taking them together with their CaloriBurn. honestly after taking this much of them i thought there'd be more of a difference. I've also been exercising more too, so.....
I have been taking this for a while now to hopefully increase mu insulin sensitivity. The quality is good, I like that it has turmeric in it coz i drink turmeric tea everyday but somehow this is making my pee yellow. I dont know. I heard that there should be a 2-week break after taking it for 4-6 weeks I think so I did that. But I can only know the results if I have my blood HBA1c tested. So im planning to go do that. I drink it on an empty stomach while im in Intermittent fasting, sometimes during meals coz i forget and lately i took it before going to sleep and it has helped me with my sleep so im gonna keep on doing that. The only thing I noticed is I go to the toiled almost instantly after having a meal so I dont really know if that is good or bad for me.
