Very good for pre workout nice pumps and no side effects. Definitely needs 8 weeks so you should buy two bottles to see the full benefits from this product.
Quality is okay, ingredient taste and size is alright.. composition is great.. i didnt really notice much of a difference during workouts or muscle brain connection but i would say maybe a small benefit.. i like the size and the fact that their is no taste.. also it lasts a while and you can take a reduced amount

Good quality ingredient and size of mushroom capsules. Package was nice with good benefits. Provided immunity I suppose. Superfood in some ways. Good energy and detox while supporting longevity. Taste was not noticeable. While being good product it kind of dried me out and I could notice the mushroom in my body.
I really wanted this product to work, but unfortunately it did not agree with me at all. On two separate occasions after using it, I became violently ill. I gave it another chance to make sure it wasn’t a coincidence, but the same thing happened again. Because of that, I won’t be using it again. It may work for others, but my experience was not good.
