The quality calcium i used previously had Cissus in it. That improved absorption - shown my by my bone density test, after a year. When i could no longer find Cissus in a quality Calcium, i began ingesting Cissus with my calcium. Two capsules instead of one now - but the results are needed!
I have started taking it and I have already noticed a better digestion and gentle way to get there instead of harsh ways to approach digestive problems. The front label of the bottle makes it easier to know how many capsules per serving instead of having to look at the back in the small print how many capsules per serving. It’s clear right at the front in big numbers the content and how many servings it contains. Quick an easy as I’m grabbing the bottle I know already.
I am very happy with my introduction to cissus. I’ve never taken it before, but I am happy with the perceived benefits. There is no taste, as it is a small, standard size capsule. I feel fitter and my workouts are better, and I feel like my overall fitness is increasing faster and I have better training sessions with this supplement.
Quality seems very good and for a good price. I started with the smaller size and then went to the larger once I decided it was worth continuing to take. I do feel that it's been effective for what it's been known to help with. Glad it comes in the larger size for cost savings. Nice capsules.
The product has a convenient bottle size. 120 capsules of adequate doses at 600 mg, easy to swallow. I use it to be rid of the aches and pains in shoulders and back, especially in the morning. Usual dose is morning and afternoon. I have used many other brands, I am impressed with the quality and effectiveness of ingredients.
I'm talking this for the bone and joint benefits. It can stimulate bone growth and repair. I've always had a good experience with this brand's quality ingredients. And it's a good value for the price. Good one have to preserve bone health.

Love this stuff. I use this often and its very effective. I tested it to see if it would help with a heqd ache i had from neck lain from work and about 20 min after it disappeared. I use this with COSTCO tumeric pills as a combo and its perfect.

the benefits are mild but definitely real and noticeable, the vasodilation and vascularity improvements are very nice and feel good, also speeds up injury recovery a little bit, dosage is good, quality is ok, cheap but i haven't noticed any side effects, think its worth it.
