Bought this on a lark during the recent sale and have been very happy with my purchase. I've been throwing it into a Nalgene bottle to nurse during my workouts and have definitely noticed a benefit. I have more energy and am able to push my sets a little further. The taste is pretty good, too - this and peach mango are basically on par with each other. I'd consider this one of Nutricost's better fitness items (ditto their pre-workouts) - solid quality, good dosage on the listed ingredients, and less expensive than most of the other brands.
