TMG is one of my every day supplements and these 1500 mg capsules are easy to take and at a great price. Nutricost is a quality brand and the capsules are tasteless and not too big. TMG really helps me get the most out of my workouts.
This is not medical advise, but research seems to show that high homocysteine levels are linked to heart disease, stroke, and blood clots and it seems TMG supplementation can reduce homocysteine by up to 20% in healthy individuals and up to 50% in those with deficiencies.
