Pre-Workout, Godzilla, Blackberry Lemonade, 1.7 lbs (764 g)

Great taste, good pre workout boost. Gives me plenty of energy for my workout.

it's a nice pre workout. tbh I don't feel the difference with the normal loaded pre workout.

This product doesn't give you a life boost, it's just one of the great products that shakes you up.

no words to describe this masterpiece high caffeine high citruline high beta alanine every thing is perfect but personally i didn't like the taste alot

Wow amazing use good quality perfect size and package love the benefits

1. Boost in Atp 2. Energy 3. Pumps 4. Endurance 5. Taste was pretty good.. just alittle too sweet for my liking Though theres a change in formula (as compared to the previous editions) it still does the job (for me)

High quality, with proper dosages. Taste is fine, nothing special. Provides focus and consistent energy through a workout. Not too much caffeine in one scoop either. My go to.

Been using this for the past 3 months and its really effective and boosts your workouts and tastes really really good i recommend taking 1 and 1/2 scoops for full experience

Since I started my fitness journey, I have tried many pre workout and none of them worked…either during or after the workout but Ryse is fantastic. I recommend this for those who are serious and want massive results during their workouts.

only takes 1 scoop can make me crazy , I like the feeling of beta alanine, I am big fan of beta alanine. this pre has 3mg of beta alanine, make me feels so good . and less caffeine , good for me to sleep
