Try this one after bought the berry one. I think the chocolate is better than berry for my stomach because i got diarrhea & abdominal pain when tried the berry one. Or it might be the first effect for new supplement and it’s getting better now. It really helps with my ibs & gastritis. For those who wanna try for the first time,i suggest to take low dose first maybe half scoop . The chocolate one taste okay for me. Not really taste like real chocolate but not bad. You will see the benefit maybe 1 week after. The size for chocolate is bigger than berry.

ordered because of price and g portion. have used Berry one since 2019 Autumn. immediately helps if I have a Gastritis flare up (stress,lack of sleep, anxiety) sootths stomach inner lining. I usually use two scoops , in the morning ( on empty stomach) and before bed time. I definitely recommend if you have Gastritis flare up or diarrhea, constipation. the flavor is actually kinda good 👍.
