For now the result is great, it has a very great antioxidant and diuretic effect. I take 500mg at breaksfast and 500mg after lunch, but it isn't a rule, you can take that when you prefer, but avoid taking it after 19pm if you are caffeine sensible.

We're both feeling great ! I crush a tablet and add to his wet dinner . They taste bitter but he doesn't mind and I swallow mine . They are small and very easy to swallow .
