This is perfect for adding flavor in Asian-style cooking. Goes great with seafood or marinating prawns! I hope this review was useful! Comes securely packed with bubble wrap.

high quality product using good ingredients, taste and quality are noticed! many other mirin tend to use sugar or corn syrup to add sweetness, but this was made using all natural rice and koji! for cooking all/any japanese dishes mirin is usually a must-have. it is expensive, but worth it. a little goes a long way, recipes usually call just for 1tsp so used sparingly and it can last a while. we will keep buying this for our home as long as iherb sells it!
This is the only mirin we use. There are less expensive ones, but they are not made un the traditionally manner, and contain added sugars etc. This is a beautiful product. I was very impressed with the shipping packaging. It is in a glass bottle, which was a concern. But this packaging was very protective.
I cook a lot of Japanese and Korean dishes with Mirin as an included Ingredient and I found it really difficult to get hands on and I found it here and I’m glad I did it’s a good quality product with a good size package It really elevates the taste of my dishes so I highly recommend this product
Unlike 90 percent of the Mirin you find on a typical store shelf, this has no sugar, no corn syrup, etc. Just the natural sweetness from the brewing process. HUGE difference in taste.
