I am already ordering more and trying different varieties! I love the way this tastes - it has such a rich flavor. I bought the course ground to use in my french press rather than make as cold brew. I had never had mushroom offer and didn't know what to expect. The dark chocolate tasting notes really come thru in this. It has such a rich flavor and I truly feel a difference in this vs just regular coffee.

I love Four Sigmatic. I used to drink organic tea, but have switch to Four Sigmatic organic coffee for the functional mushrooms. I love the cold brew for spring and summer. I room temperature steep it in a large glass mason jar overnight. Sometimes I split the time half on counter and half in refrigerator so it ready to use in the morning. Then use a french press to remove the grounds. The cold brew is a coarser grain than their other coffees. My french press always is able to remove all the grinds and the flavor is smooth and refreshing. I do feel more energized, mental function, attention and focus has increased. It just makes you happy as well. I use about half the recommendation serving but that is to reduce the amount of caffeine intake for me personally because I drink several glasses a day. I don't feel jittery or anything. I would compare this more to tea for me.....as i do not drink coffee and am not able to compare it that.

My family likes this coffee. Smelling and taste good. The coffee was roasted at the right time and wasn't too bitter.

I like cold coffee, so I bought this, but I don't find it different from other coffee products.

Surprisingly good taste and quality ingredients used, will have to use for a longer period to ensure long lasting results on mental clarity

I brought this accidentally thinking it was the ground grind but instead was coarse. I still used it as pour over coffee and cold as it is labelled, seemed the same taste as other ground four sigmatic products.

I tried the coarse grind Four Sigmatic coffee for cold brewing, but I like the finer regular ground Four Sigmatic better. I believe the flavor comes through more boldly with the finer grind.

Beautiful aroma and very fresh for stored coffee (I usually purchase direct from a local roastery.) For cold brew, I find that the recommended amount is too strong/dark, therefore I use approximately half that amount and have the perfect taste ready in 7 to 8 hours.

Really enjoy all of the Four sigmatic coffee they are all smooth and have great taste- having the Lion's mane is an added bonus!
