This is a clear case of potency and effectiveness. I just started to take this and my first try was with a mini snack before i took this. 4 min later it hit me with it's power and i got nausea, my bad ofcourse. But i felt it with all my body. I hope it will help me with the supplementation on the long way.
I love how easily these absorb, love that they are multiple source pills. And the biotin level isn’t extremely high (can’t take with thyroid issues) (high levels anyway) I recommend these!

I bought this because it is well rounded. The size is easy to swallow, no aftertaste. Price is reasonable too. So far it does not cause upset stomach. Most other multivitamins turn my stomach, so happy that i tolerate this one.
I have been taking this supplement for about 3 months and I can say that my skin looks better. I have reactive skin, very sensitive to active compounds in cosmetics, but for a while now I have noticed that my skin tolerates these compounds better and I can finally afford to use serums and creams that contain retinol or niacinamide. I also notice that my scalp and hair look better. My hair is shinier and thicker. Overall, I like the product and will order it again.
