Just started using this about 2 weeks ago. Cute no fuss packaging, with a little scoop included. I love earthy tasting things, so it's fine to me. I boil my water to pretty warm and make a tiny tea. I've noticed I am indeed burping less when I take it. I started with 1 dose a day, maybe 2 on a bad day but I did get some diarrhea. It's helping me "go" more regularly.

The main “violin” in this powder is played by Boldo leaf extract. And, to my surprise, this Boldo turned out to be a good appetite stimulant. I drink it 20-30 minutes before meals and it really works. There are no side effects! I recommend!!!

This product has a strong mugwort scent. It comes in powder form and comes with a small spoon. I will eat it with gratitude.

All of the ingredients are wonderful for digestion so I’m sure that it’s helping in some way… I don’t actually feel a huge difference however compared to some other products I have used. The taste is palatable but a little earthy… I would recommend blending. Still, the herbs I know are doing something for me in some way so it doesn’t hurt!

The size of the package is medium in use, it is still under trial. The quality of the ingredients. May God help me with them. I will adjust them when I finish the experiment
