Good Flavor and Performance — Just Didn’t Expect the Caffeine
I really like the Grape Splash flavor — it’s smooth, refreshing, and mixes easily with water. It gives a nice boost during workouts and helps with recovery thanks to the BCAAs and electrolytes. However, I didn’t realize it contained caffeine at first, so that caught me by surprise. It’s still a great product, but I’d recommend checking the label if you’re sensitive to stimulants or prefer something caffeine-free.
