On a keto diet or low carb diet, inulin adds a better texture to some baked goods (I use it in waffles and some sugar-free cookies). It has a slightly sweet taste. I use it with pure monk fruit when a recipe calls for erythritol or other sugar sub, which I prefer not to use. As a pre-biotic it has intestinal benefits and helps good microbe grow.
I have been using this once a day for the past 3 weeks to see if it will have any positive effects on my frustratingly stubborn eczema. Although it's too early to say with confidence that this has improved the health of my skin, I have definitely noticed diminished flare-ups and itching for the first time in years, and I now rely less on creams to control my eczema. I hope to continue seeing improvement in my skin and will likely repurchase this product, which also has a subtle sweet taste that I find pleasant!

a pale sweet white fine powder adding to my morning coffee to increase my fibre intake. because the powder is hygroscopic and catches moist easily, i will tightly seal and keep near to a dry place. Further, I add a pack of moisture absorbent inside the container to make sure the content does not clot up till the end of my consumption.
Like that it is organic, pure, dissolves and has no taste issue. For my son's microbiome, I use it to make a prescribed prebiotic fiber smoothie recipe in blender with lots of water and a dash of stevia. It is pleasant in taste and texture. The packaging is good (sealed inside lid and out plastic) so you know it was never opened. It comes with a with a longish handle scoop that makes reaching in to find and scoop, handier than short scoops.
This Inulin is perfect to ferment my yogourt L reuteri and it did help me with intestinal issue and fiber intake. It benefit well my gut and the ingredient is simple. I love the quality and no taste at all !

Great quality, neutral taste, single ingredient product. Thickens my breakfast smoothie slightly with the suggested serving size, which I actually like. Had to slightly adjust the yogurt-to-water ratio during the first few days. The package lasted 3 months (I don't take it everyday) and will definitely buy again and recommend.
Flavor is 10/10! I take this BEFORE I take my probiotics before bedtime. It seems to be helping to lower my blood sugar a little bit too.
