It does help with the energy, i take half a teaspoon in a glass of water in the morning. about 4 times of the little spoon inside. the smell and taste is a little salty and of the ocean. in a glass of water it dissolves fine within a minute. Not a pleasure to take, but ok. with less water i couldn't take it. i recommend for the intake of minerals and nutrients.
