One of the best crunchy chilli oils I have had hands down. It doesn’t taste like msg, it is salty, flavourful, has a hint of sweetness and packs a punch with heat that isn’t overpowering, but enough to elevate your dishes. I will definitely be buying this again!

I paired the momofuku’s chilli oil with tinned mussels & chips! It’s an amazing neutral tasting, chilli yet sweet oil! The chillies has a soft crunch to it, almost like an ‘stale’ crunch but it isn’t stale. It has an amazing heat & the quality is amazing. I would definitely purchase it again if I were to run out! My new favourite chilli oil!

My husband loves it. It reminds him chili sauce from Din Tai Fung. It’s in a pricey side, but ingredients list convinced me to buy it. Tastes incredible, with asian food and any kind of meat, especially chicken dishes. Highly recommend, definitely will buy it again.
