Sea Buckthorn, 100 VegCaps (300 mg per Capsule)

The product works great, as described and as expected 👏! Feel better since I started taking it. Ingredients and quality are the right ones for my age.

Sea buckthorn is an exceptional superfruit that Solaray has expertly captured in this supplement. What makes sea buckthorn unique is its rare omega-7 fatty acids along with a complete spectrum of omega-3, -6, and -9. The 300mg per capsule dosage provides meaningful nutritional support for skin health, mucous membranes, and cardiovascular function. I've noticed improvements in skin hydration and overall vitality since incorporating this into my daily routine. The VegCaps are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. Solaray maintains rigorous quality standards with their True Herbs line, ensuring purity and potency. The 100-capsule bottle provides over three months of supply at one per day. Excellent choice for comprehensive omega fatty acid support from a whole-food source.

I take sea buckthorn oil for dry eyes. I mistakenly ordered this thinking it was the oil, but it is a dry herb. Taking it daily and so far my eyes have not gotten worse. I like it okay it but would probably not order again as I dont notice the benefits to my eyes as much as I do with the oil.

Recieved the sea buckthorn recently and it has been just as I expected in package. It is a herbal supplement with various required nutrients for diet. Has numerous benefits for health. I have just started to utilize it as an addition to my diet for its antioxidant benefits and improvements in health. It does not have a bitter taste and is neutral capsules. I’m waiting for more health benefits and good results! I highly recommend iHerb for its quality.

So happy that I learned about omega 7 from sea buckthorn. Since I'm not able to have HRT, this and vitex have been my Dr's recommendation for hormone support. Also, I've learned that it's a great benefit to boost collagen!

GREAT TO HAVE IN A PILL FORM, WISH THEY WERE LESS COSTLY.

I use the Sea Buckthorn to help with eye dryness. Does help, but still need the use of eye drops occasionally. Even though I still have to use eye drops occasionally, I will continue using due to other health benefits of immune, heart and liver support.

Very good effect on skin, energy level, and general mood.

Thank you for an outstanding product! I only trust the quality when I order thru IHerb. It's scary to order elsewhere since there are so many fake products online. This offered remarkable benefits. I also appreciate the secure and reliable packaging. Thanks iHerb!

This works great with D-Limonene together at same time. Solaray has the berry version of sea buckthorn and it's the best part of the plant, so I highly recommend it. Together they are dynamite!
