Vital Extracts, Fenugreek, 90 VegCaps

Galactomannans have been shown to enhance the bioavailability of certain supplements - such as curcumin, Fisetin, resveratrol, Quercetin, etc... I noticed that some Life Extension products are paired with galactomannans rather than piperine to boost some of their products. Supplements are expensive and LE only uses up to 50mg of galactomannans to boost their products so I split these large gel caps into quite a few minis to take along with my expensive supplements.

the rumors are true, you do smell sweeter when taking this, tho I wouldn't take it so consecutively aka take a break in between doses, always love solaray's formulations <3

used this to increase prolactin levels and it worked. So I’d say it’s high quality and also taste great

I don't recommend this product. I feel no change. I think your body would have to be really sensitive for this to actually produce an effect. If you're looking for a men's health supplement, I would probably just try to change your diet over and over. None of them work.

Solaray is a brand I have used for years. This is a larger size bottle so it lasts me for 3 months.

its a great product. it takes time to feel the results. but it works.

packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. I can see the effects daily through my weight loss and increase of energy
