I've been using SBO probiotics to help with my upset stomach, and it's made a noticeable difference, especially since I have IBS, the probiotics really eased my discomfort, but I’ve found that taking them once or twice a week is better for me, as too much good bacteria can actually be counterproductive in the long run (I had constipation from using it every day), so it’s important to find the right balance, I highly recommend these probiotics, but be mindful of the frequency. Overall it’s excellent quality from this brand, specially that they are very thoughtful of the ingredients.

This product affected me the most. Had bought a few different types of probiotics to help with my SIBO. This particular one caused alot of bloating and was very uncomfortable for a month. Decided to stop this product. I guess it's a matter of testing to see which one suits our own body the best. The other probiotics worked better for me.
i use this kind of probiotics because i have SIBO/Candida. It helps a lot. I have less bloating, my digestion has improved a little bit. I'm not completely healed but we will see.
