I was really worried I was losing it for a while.. I have been using this for about a year now, and I feel I got my sanity back! it was really scary.. I couldn't remember the simplest thing, and I was catching myself blanking out.. I'm perfectly fine now!!
Cannot really explain but when I take these consistently I feel better; when I don’t, I also feel the difference. I just can see that my brain abs body are better with these. 🙏🏼
Over the years, I've tried a lot of different probiotics. This one is fantastic and really makes a difference for my diverticulitis! It took about a week for me to nice an overall difference in my digestion, etc, but it really does work. If pill are a problem, open one and sprinkle into your probiotic yogurt! Good solid ingredients, I recommend this.
I love this product. I use to go to the bathroom with loose stools all day long. Now I don’t. That is a product that works.

The quality of this supplement is great! I can actually feel the difference in how my tummy feels, which I haven't experienced with any other probiotic. An added bonus is it also seems to be helping to calm down my acne.
