I am happy with the quality of the ingredients. It is easy to take with only one pill in the morning. It keeps my digestion and gut feeling good and the specific ingredients for women helps to balance my menopausal symptoms. This is a regular purchase for me which has many benefits.
I love Ancient Nutrition. This is 25 billion, and I would recommend their over 50 billion. Have tried both and senior citizens should go with the 50, but this is very adequate otherwise.
After lots of research and discovering that SBO probiotics are what's needed with the gut issues I have, I found this brand to have a good blend of those that were recommended, and 25 billion is also a good number. There were also extra things in here that are also useful for the gut, but keep in mind it depends on what you have going on. I really only wanted the soil-based probiotics, but as it was cheaper to get this one I went for it. In hindsight, some of these additional things in the blend (the fermented stuff for example), probably weren't actually great in my case (SIBO). In saying that, I haven't now gone back to double-check that, its just an opinion based on the other things I've learnt. Now that I know so much about the gut, though, I'd say its best to actually work with someone specific who understands your situation instead of trying to just throw things at it willy-nilly. Nonetheless, these are good-quality probiotics.
This is a good quality SBO (soil based probiotic) for women. It doesn't require refrigeration and can survive stomach acid.

Amazing supplement for gut health. Relieves constipation and helps with digestion and rebalancing microbiome. Absorption rate is relatively quick, since results and benefits can be seen and felt within days. The quality, taste , size, and ingredient are all top notch. Packaging is good too. Just be mindful of the expiration date.
Using this product to help with my SIBO, but did not feel that it made much difference. Other brands I've tried seem to agree with me better.
