This is part of a 3 supplement regimen I take to flush out the spike protein from the j@b: Bromelain 500mg once per day, Nattokinase 2000 Units twice per day, and Curcumin 500mg twice per day (it becomes more bioavailable when taken with bioperine aka piperine aka black pepper extract) - good luck.
I’ve been taking bromelain for some skin issues, as I heard it will help. I’m taking it in combination with quercetin and collagen, and the combination does help. My eczema is completely cleared up, although my psoriasis is a work in progress. Either way, I feel it’s definitely helping my skin.
