Total Calm™ Advanced, 60 VegCaps

I love this calming supplement! I have tried many alternative ways to combat extreme stress (caregiving for humans and senior pets), this one along with a complete multivitamin minerals and an extra dose of B stress makes things easier to handle. I find 2 in the AM and 2 before sleep at night works perfectly well. When I ran out of this one, I found it interesting that the unassuming ingredients could make an amazing impact. a must buy for stress when B vitamins alone doesn't work.

This is probably the best product I have found for keeping "grounded" during the day. It has all the right ingredients and works wonderfully! Solaray is a great brand as well.

Thankful to have found Solaray Total Calm Advanced. I cannot tolerate melatonin which this formula does not have. It's a very gentle relaxing combination of ingredients that calm and work best for me at bedtime. I sleep soundly.

This is such an excellent supplement for stress relief or calming the nerves. The combination of herbs works very well without any weird feeling or side effects

Great combination of ingredients. The holy basil and Rhodiola are key ingredients. I don’t like the stearic acid/stearate so minus one star for that.

I have been going through a lot of stress in my life and had to find something that could help with that. Solaray makes vitamins of great quality and ingredients which is why I chose these. The size of the pill is ok. The dosage is suitable too. There is no taste. I can say that these vitamins definitely helped me with stress and helped me to be more calm.

Great selection of ingredients that work great individually but taken together are just fantastic.

I love combo of Rhodiola Holy Basil and Theanine. It helps with mood balance, blood sugar levels. Great combo
