Well if y ou are here you know this is the highest quality ingredient you could get, benefits are fealt ant resarch backs up it has helped with all sorts of heart and carvisacular an much more than that the Mycobacterium benefit it has, if you want to take coq10 this is the one, its worth the price this is premium medication/antioxidant , i would recomend starting on 100 mg but higher dosage are usually used long term, com bining this with pure ubiquinal might spare you some money but still get more effect but ideally one would just take more kaneka coq10 since its a fermented and real not produced in a lab han has shown beter bioability but the body has to procces it which i think is good with this supplemnt, and taking it with atleast little quality oil or fatty meal will help uptake Im not a medical proffestional but would gladly debet most live on quite a few subjects <.<

I liked the capsules which were smaller and easier to swallow than other supplements. I purchased for overall brain and body support and while it is too early to see the real results, I have not had a negative response which is a good sign. The brand seems to be of good quality and better ingredients than some competitors. I will continue to try this out to see if there are more long term results.

Good brand and I like this form of CoQ10. I buy it for my husband. He could probably benefit from 200 mg but this one might absorb better than most.

I read about Coenzyme Q10 a few years ago and have tried supplementing with it time after time. I found even with dosages as low as 100 mg daily I would get highly anxious, it made me feel light headed and just "off" in general at times. It also gave me a bad stomach most days it was bad so after many attempts I gave up on it. I read about how Ubiquinol was different and although I believed it was more potent I thought I would get more intense side effects. I finally caved and bought a few bottles of this kind (the ubiquinol form). It is totally different from CoQ10 for me. I do not get any GI issues, the energy feels natural (on 200 mg daily) unlike the ubiquinone which made me jittery almost. They are like two different supplements IME anyways. Ubiquinol is worth the extra money and it feels totally natural unlike ubiquinone. I can finally get the benefits of Coenzyme Q10 with the quinol formulation.

Yet to use it enough to see visible results but the quality seems good and the packaging is great. It contains ubiquinol, its most bioavailable form, at this price, its value for money.

I think this was a good price point for a quality product. You can find some cheaper, but I trust the quality of this brand.

My husband takes this product because he is on a low dose STATIN blood pressure pill. After doing much research with STATINS COQ10 is very beneficial especially when on a STATIN drug. I did much searching to find a what I feel is an excellent product and brand. I also take it to replenish what I lose being 76 yrs. I generally can find what I am looking for on this site.
