It is very effective against migraines. Granted I have only been taking it for a week but in that time there have been no sign of a migraine and that is a big deal when I have for 6 months had 1-2 migraines a week. This is a potent supplement, that is apparently just what my nervous system needed.
Great supplement with a potent amount of riboflavin. I’m experimenting a bit to see if this would help with mood and migraines. In combination with other b vitamins, I think it has a positive effect overall. Capsule size is rather big, but ok to swallow with lots of water. You can open the capsule and take a smaller amount, in that case it has a bitter taste.
B-2 is so hard to find in stores, so I appreciate that iHerb has me covered. Apparently (according to my doctor) this is helping with my migraines -- it's hard for me to tell, but I'll take any help I can get. If anything I would buy a larger bottle, since I take this every day and it lasts a good while.
only one annoying side effect and that is that the urine turns fluorescent yellow. If the dose of 100 mg per day does not help sufficiently, can be tried.
